We do, and when we say unlimited, we mean unlimited! You’re signing up for a monthly support package, so all you have to do is pay the monthly fee and we provide you with the expert technical support you need.
There are some exceptions:
- We do offer unlimited edits in terms of content, plugin settings, and CSS adjustments.
- We don’t offer unlimited edits in terms of custom development (such as PHP, plugins, and themes), graphic design, custom code updates, and building a new website or subdomain.

Once you’ve decided which package would work best for you, simply sign up sign up, and we’ll send you a welcome email with all the details about your chosen package and how you can send us your website and login details for WordPress. Once we’ve received that, your support plan will be implemented within 24-48 hours.
Our team is located all over the world in multiple timezones to ensure that there’s always someone available to respond to your requests at any time of day or night.
Depending on your package, all requests will be responded to between 4 and 12 hours, and on average the less complex issues are resolved completely within 24 hours. Sometimes your request might need more time spent working on it, but rest assured you’ll be kept updated every step of the way.
